Onsight Healthcare is a patient experience company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Specializing in valet, screening, and concierge services, they utilize real-time feedback and reporting systems to keep hospital entrances running smoothly. Through understanding the nuanced needs of each individual partner, they are able to ensure that a patient’s first interaction with their healthcare provider is a positive one.

Challenge

With a solid client base in healthcare valet services, Onsight (then Cypress Healthcare Valet) needed to rebrand. They needed an identity that could not only encompass expanded services, but that could better appeal to their target audiences – healthcare executives, purchasing managers, and future investors.

Approach

With people and technology at the core of everything they do, FoxFuel approached the project as a vision into the future of their business. The name Cypress Healthcare Valet itself limited the brand to a single service line while they were quickly expanding into others. The new brand needed to express efficiency, value, and a sense of place.

Solution

FoxFuel developed a new visual identity system that would convey value, emphasize their technology platforms, and remain flexible as their services adapt to future needs. The results provided exactly what was needed to remain relevant in a year when the needs of healthcare facilities changed on a daily basis.
