Fiesta Grande began not as a group of passionate chip makers, but as a simple Mexican restaurant in Hart, Michigan. From the start, their handmade table tortilla chips drew a cult-like following. While chips are typically a humble delivery device for salsa and guac, these chips soon stole the spotlight.
Challenge
With big-city dreams of product expansion and potential growth into new parts of the country, the then-named La Fiesta needed a fresh start. FoxFuel worked to evolve the name, look, and brand voice. It needed to move in a direction that captured all that potential without alienating the existing (and rabid) fan base.
Approach
For a long time, La Fiesta touted their unique process and superior ingredients as the main message. But, what matters more than the ingredients that make up these superior chips are the ingredients that make for a great party. Fiesta Grande represents people having a freakin’ amazing party – period.
Solution
FoxFuel developed a new brand identity across all touchpoints, including a new eCommerce website, POP displays, truck wraps, and most importantly, new packaging. Yes, all that and a bag of chips.
