TDK is a third-generation, privately held firm based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, focused on investment, development, and construction.

Challenge

TDK needed a clearer way to communicate that they are more than a trusted builder. They are also a developer and long-term investor with a vertically integrated model. Their existing brand and website did not fully reflect the depth of their capabilities or ownership mindset.

Approach

We refined the visual brand to better express their legacy, discipline, and long-term vision. Through on-location video and leadership interviews, we captured an authentic story rooted in experience and investment. We then planned, designed, and developed a new website that clearly presents their work across development, construction, and investment.
