Intrepid College Prep is a network of free, college prep charter schools in Nashville, TN. Since their founding in 2012, Intrepid College Prep had outgrown their existing branding and FoxFuel stepped in to help them reimagine the look, the words, and the feel.
Challenge
As Intrepid began to outgrow their current positioning, branding, and online presence, our challenge was help them create the language and visuals that best represented their passion for the success of their students. After simple and straightforward discovery conversations, the brief was to showcase that passion to the students, parents, and teachers in the Nashville community.
Approach
FoxFuel set off in lock step with the Intrepid team to identify what makes their schools stand out in the crowd – academic excellence, bravery, and respect. Core values were re-evaluated and made simpler, and audiences were defined in relation to their interaction with the schools.
Solution
FoxFuel created a new mark that expresses the spirit of their mission and motto. And, as part of a new design system, FoxFuel designed and built a new, user-centric website focused on the audiences that use this valuable resource the most. With these new assets in place, Intrepid College prep was set on course for a bright and optimistic future.
